Nine Months That Will Change the Way You Lead

Leadership isn’t learned in a classroom, it’s built through experience.

Over the course of nine immersive months, you’ll step behind the scenes of the organizations, institutions, and leaders shaping Hollywood. Each program day is designed to deepen your understanding of the community while expanding your leadership skills, network, and perspective.

You’ll leave with more than knowledge. You’ll gain meaningful relationships, practical leadership experience, and the confidence to make a lasting difference.
